If your Phone Adviser suggests your situation needs broader or more detailed strategies, they may recommend Essentials Plus. This service builds on Essentials and offers additional personalised guidance for a one-off cost that could be $275–$770 and includes:

  • Strategies to consolidate your super accounts and save on fees.
  • Simple retirement planning advice suited to your lifestyle, whether you’re single or partnered.
  • Essentials Plus is only available through phone advice when recommended by your Adviser.

Book your Essentials session

Set up a call for personalised guidance on your super investments, contributions, and insurance. During your conversation, your Phone Adviser will determine whether Essentials meets your needs or if Essentials Plus or Platinum would be more appropriate. An Essentials appointment is complimentary for members.

Statement of Advice (SoA)

Any personal advice provided to you will be delivered through a Statement of Advice (SoA) and your planner will meet with you to explain and help you understand any recommendations.

You’re encouraged to ask questions, review the plan in your own time and decide when you’re ready to move forward. If you agree to go ahead, your planner will guide you in how to implement the advice to ensure you put your plan into action.

Throughout the process, your planner is available to support you to make sure everything is carried out in line with your SoA.
