For personal account enquiries regarding your NGS Super account, please log in to Member Online and use our secure online enquiry form. You can access this form from the 'Contact us' button at the top of the screen after signing in.

If there are changes to your contact details or the superannuation contact person, please let us know by contacting a Customer Relationship Manager or call the employer helpline on 1300 133 177.

You can make employee changes including new employees, termination of current employees and new home addresses with your contribution return or call us.
