Everybody who works for NGS Super works on a guided principle to put our members at the forefront of our decision making, from our customer service team, our customer relationship managers to our management team, we are here to make sure that the decision we make today will benefit all members now and into the long term.

As Chief Executive Officer, Laura is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Fund’s operations while leading the management team in the execution of the Fund’s business strategies.

Laura was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 26 September 2018. Laura is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Fund’s operations while leading the management team in the execution of the Fund’s business strategies.

Laura has had a long association with NGS Super being appointed as an inaugural Director in 1988, serving as a Director of the Fund until 1995, Chair in 1993-4 and for the last ten years working in the Trustee Office firstly as General Manager Operations and more recently as Senior Manager Governance.

Ben and his team are responsible for meeting all the Fund’s financial obligations. This includes managing and reporting on: asset valuations, unit pricing, reporting to NGS Super’s Risk, Audit and Finance Committee, working with and coordinating external service providers, year-end financial reporting, tax reporting, APRA reporting and the budget process.

Kerry and his team ensure that NGS Super complies with all the license requirements, legislation, regulations and all Fund rules as well as overseeing the compliance, governance and risk management framework.

Bernard is the Fund’s Company Secretary and is responsible for complaint services and works closely with the Claims Review and Insurance Committee.

Lynn works with the wider Management Team to identify people and culture initiatives and strategies that deliver the operational and strategic objectives of NGS Super. This includes ensuring that NGS Super maintains market viability, and attracts, retains and develops staff while meeting compliance and legislative requirements.

Darryn and his team of dedicated Financial Planners represent the Fund’s front line when it comes to offering our members personalised, face-to-face financial advice. As a Certified Financial Planner with close to two decades in the industry, Darryn (with his team) provides members advice on their super and retirement strategies, as well as how to build and protect wealth outside of super as part of members’ overall situation.
