Compassion in difficult times
Earlier this year, Christine’s husband passed away, a deeply challenging time that came with many financial matters to resolve, including his superannuation. “The NGS Super team were so helpful and understanding,” Christine says. “I decided to move my husband’s super into NGS, and the staff guided me through every step. They patiently explained my options, talked me through the website, and even encouraged me to check things with my accountant.”
Christine says she has always felt comfortable asking questions, no matter how simple they might seem.
