These sessions are provided free to members and employers. They are delivered at your workplace, as group or individual sessions, to suit you and your staff.
Individual sessions
We run individual sessions for your staff to answer questions they may have about super. These pre-booked sessions run for 30 minutes at your workplace, addressing topics such as:
- How much super might provide a 'comfortable' retirement?
- How can I use super to save for my first home?
- What should I consider if I’m nearing retirement?
- What insurance do I have?
- When can I access my super?
- Who can I nominate as my super beneficiary?
For induction
A 30 minute presentation providing an introduction to the staff superannuation plan designed to help new staff make an informed decision around their super, insurance and investment arrangements.

Retirement workshops
An interactive workshop run in conjunction with NGS Financial Planning and targeted at staff who are at a point in life where they’re starting to plan for the long term. This intensive workshop is limited to a maximum of 25 attendees (and a minimum of 15). Topics include:
- Strategies to help maximise wealth
- The major financial issues that could affect your retirement
- What income is required to be ‘comfortable’ in retirement
- How to receive a regular income from your super
- Understanding investment risk
- Centrelink benefits, and the Centrelink ‘safety net’
