We live-streamed the 2023 NGS Super Annual Members' Meeting (AMM) from Sydney on Thursday 16 November 2023, which included presentations from our Chair, Dr Geoff Newcombe, Chief Executive Officer, Natalie Previtera, Deputy CEO/Chief Strategy Officer, Ben Facer, and Chief Investment Officer, Ben Squires. Our Executives also answered questions which were submitted from members.

***Aggregate promotion, marketing or sponsorship expenditure has been updated since the original AMM notification with certain new transactions included, and others now deemed out of scope. The reported amount has now decreased from $3,999,246.
Explanations for the short-form expenditure summary for the 2022-23 financial year
Aggregate remuneration expenditure – remuneration for NGS Super’s executive team and trustee directors.
Aggregate promotion, marketing or sponsorship expenditure – relating to the design, production and distribution of Fund promotional and education material. This amount also includes sponsorships, partnerships and advertising costs.
Aggregate political donations – NGS Super does not make political donations.
Aggregate industrial body payments – any payments to industry bodies registered under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. This includes partnership arrangements for activities that contribute to member education and engagement, and ongoing growth of the Fund.
Aggregate related party payments – any payments for normal business operations to persons or entities which are related parties of the Trustee for the purposes of Australian Accounting Standard AASB 124. Related parties include NGS Financial Planning Pty Limited, Independent Education Union and Association of Independent Schools.

2021 Annual Members' Meeting
We live-streamed the 2021 NGS Super Annual Members' Meeting (AMM) from Sydney on Tuesday 16 November. Our Deputy Chair, Dr Geoff Newcombe AM, opened the meeting, followed by presentations from our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Laura Wright, and Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Ben Squires. Our Executive team and Directors of the Board also attended to answer questions from our members.

2020 Annual Members' Meeting
The inaugural NGS Super Annual Members' Meeting was livestreamed from Brisbane and Sydney on 17 November 2020. Opened by the Chair, Dick Shearman, with presentations by our CEO, Laura Wright, and our Chief Investment Officer, Ben Squires, the AMM was also attended by the other 12 Directors of the Board. Questions from members were taken and responded to following the presentations.
