Explanations for the short-form expenditure summary for the 2023-24 financial year
Aggregate remuneration expenditure – remuneration for NGS Super’s directors and executive team.
Aggregate promotion, marketing or sponsorship expenditure – relating to the design, production and distribution of Fund promotional and education material. This amount also includes sponsorships, partnerships and advertising costs.
Aggregate political donations – NGS Super does not make political donations.
Aggregate industrial body payments – any payments to industry bodies registered under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. This includes partnership arrangements for activities that contribute to member education and engagement, and ongoing growth of the Fund.
Aggregate related party payments – includes any payments made to entities connected to NGS Super, or where the key management personnel of an entity includes a director or executive officer of NGS Super. Related parties include NGS Financial Planning Pty Limited, Independent Education Union and Association of Independent Schools.

2023 Annual Members' Meeting
We live-streamed the 2023 NGS Super Annual Members' Meeting (AMM) from Sydney on Thursday 16 November 2023, which included presentations from our Chair, Dr Geoff Newcombe, Chief Executive Officer, Natalie Previtera, Deputy CEO/Chief Strategy Officer, Ben Facer, and Chief Investment Officer, Ben Squires. Our Executives also answered questions which were submitted from members.
