Members EOFY contribution dates
26 May 2025 4 min readIf you're thinking about making a contribution to your super account before the end of financial year, you'll need the following information.
There are 2 main ways to make contributions. To ensure we receive your contribution by this date and that it is reflected in the 2024-25 financial year, please follow the instructions below.
Payment method | Due date | Notes |
BPAY® | 4.00pm (AEST) Thursday 26 June 2025 | Up to 3 business days are required to allow for the clearance and processing of funds from the bank into your super account. For BPAY® details, log in to Member Online, click the ‘person’ icon at the top of the screen, then select 'Personal Details'. |
Cheque | Post no later than Friday 20 June 2025 (for metropolitan – earlier if non-metropolitan) | You must complete a Lump sum contribution form and post it with your cheque to the following: NGS Super GPO Box 4303 MELBOURNE VIC 3001 |
After-tax (non-concessional) contributions
Government co-contributionIf your annual earnings are below $60,400 for the 2024-25 financial year you can invest some extra in your super before 30 June, you could be eligible for a co-contribution by the government of up to $500.

Before-tax (concessional) contributions
If you are hoping to take advantage of making contributions with pre-tax money, you can:
- speak with your employer about setting up regular salary sacrifice contributions or
- make an after-tax contribution and claim a tax deduction for that amount. You can do this by completing a Notice of intent to claim or vary a deduction for personal super contributions form and mailing it to the address shown above.
