Individual sessions

We run individual sessions for your staff to answer questions they may have about super. These pre-booked sessions run for 30 minutes at your workplace, addressing topics such as:

  • How much super might provide a 'comfortable' retirement?
  • How can I use super to save for my first home?
  • What should I consider if I’m nearing retirement?
  • What insurance do I have?
  • When can I access my super?
  • Who can I nominate as my super beneficiary?

For induction

Our induction presentations run for 30 minutes and introduce new staff to your superannuation plan. We've designed this session to help new staff make informed decisions around their super, insurance and investment arrangements.

Making the most of your super

These sessions can cover all aspects of super — we can tailor sessions to suit your staff and their interests.

Making the most of your super

We regularly visit workplaces to consult with employers – to listen to your concerns, gain feedback and understanding of your particular issues and priorities in relation to super, and to continually identify ways to improve the service we deliver.

What is this?

We conduct professional and engaging information sessions at workplaces at your invitation. This way, members can learn more about super, as well as understand the benefits and options available through NGS Super. This is a service provided free to members and employers.

How it works

Topics can be tailored to suit individual workplace requirements and include:

  • Superannuation contribution rules
  • Market volatility and investment options
  • Salary sacrifice
  • Government co-contributions
  • Spouse accounts
  • Contribution splitting
  • Taxation of superannuation
  • Retirement income streams and strategies

Let us know if you would like other super and retirement topics covered.
