A financial adviser helps you consider your personal financial situation, your goals or needs and then recommends a financial strategy designed just for you.
How it works
NGS Super provides members with financial planning services through NGS financial planning, located in NSW and South Australia and regularly servicing all states and territories. You can make an appointment to meet with an adviser or speak to them over the phone.
Our planners can work with you to determine a plan that suits your stage of life and your goals and priorities for now and over the long term. NGS Financial Planning can also offer you limited advice over the phone and at no cost.

Over the phone advice
Did you know that as a member you can receive free advice over the phone for a single issue related directly to your NGS Super account? To receive free single-issue advice about contributions, insurance through your super or investment option selection, simply call our friendly Customer Service Team on 1300 133 177 between 8am and 8pm Australian Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
How to do it
Members are also entitled to a free initial consultation. The aim of this appointment is to ascertain the members' financial situation and objectives. The initial appointment is exploratory in nature where only general advice can be provided. Should you need more tailored advice, our planners will advise you of any fees payable.
