Emerging Leader Award

Nominations for 2018 Emerging Leader Award have now closed.

Instil is committed to the education and professional development of young professionals working in the mutual sector. The Emerging Leader Tertiary / Vocational Education Scholarship Awards continue a proud tradition of recognising emerging leaders within the mutual sector at a national level over the past thirteen years.

Sponsored by NGS Super and offered in partnership with Instil, the Emerging Leader awards provide a unique opportunity for the successful nominees to each win a scholarship valued at $6,000 to assist with the cost of undertaking vocational or tertiary qualification education. Winners also receive free entry to the Emerging Leaders’ Conference at the annual Customer Owned Banking Convention – Melbourne 2018.

2018 Winners

Congratulations to our two winners of the NGS Super 2018 Tertiary Scholarship – Brent Alexander from Beyond Bank and Jamie Easther from Bank of Heritage Isle. The level of competition was again high in 2018, and we would like to also acknowledge all nominees for the quality of their applications.
