The Trustee maintains a Register of Relevant Duties and Relevant Interests for itself, its responsible persons and associates, which include:
- all directors of the Trustee
- Company Secretary of the Trustee
- all Executive Managers of the Trustee
- external fund auditor.
A relevant duty is, for example, other directorships or employment that an individual may hold, and a relevant interest is, for example, major shareholdings. You can find out more about these in the summary of our Conflicts Management Framework and Policy.
Relevant duties and relevant interests will be disclosed in the register for as long as the Trustee, responsible person or associate has the relevant duty or interest. Gifts will be included in the register for 24 months.
NGS Super Conflicts of Interest and Duties Register
NGS Super also has Articles of Association (Constitution), which along with the Trust Deed, forms the governing rules for the Fund. It contains information about how Directors are appointed and can be removed.
