Property

The NGS Property investment option mainly invests in international property through the share market. These assets are subject to equity-like returns and risk.

This option may suit you if you’re after attractive long-term investment returns above inflation, with the acceptance of some short-term volatility. As a guide, this option will likely have higher volatility than bonds but lower volatility than equities.
