What you receive as a pension member

What is it?

At NGS Super we ensure that our pension members receive all the necessary information about their pension account on an ongoing basis.

How it works

Each year our pension members receive the following communications:

  • An Annual Member Statement
  • Bi-annual copies of ‘MoneyWise', the colourful and informative member magazine which includes information and helpful guidance on superannuation related issues
  • An Annual Investment Update
  • A Payment Summary (previously called a Group Certificate)
  • Annual personalised communications advising of the minimum and maximum payments and asking if the member would like to change them (sent annually separate from the Statement)
  • A Centrelink Schedule

How to do it
