First things first. Who may contribute to NGS Super?
Employers in the non-government education sector can contribute to NGS Super for all
employees. You can also enrol new members into the Fund.
Other employers may contribute to NGS Super on behalf of existing and new members
of the Fund.
The majority of NGS Super members are employed in NSW, ACT, SA and Victoria. It is
possible for employers based in other states to contribute to the Fund, as long as the employer is
not in breach of any legal or industrial obligation.
